David stopped by to complete our heating system check up to make sure we’re in good shape for the winter. He was super knowledgable and professional and helped us identify some areas we need to keep an eye on as our furnace ages. I was able to ask him questions and learn a little bit as well. David also got our humidifier running with no leak which has been an issue for us. Great experience, thanks David!

Alan came out and helped me with quotes to replace my ancient furnace. He was very helpful in discussing all options. This company came out same day to help me when my furnace stopped working and scheduled me for a replacement very quickly. I appreciate Alan’s help and would recommend him to anyone.

My furnace went out in 32 degree weather on a Saturday! I called Fire & Ice and they sent Alan out right away. Not only did he fix the issue, but he explained everything thoroughly, was extremely kind and even chitchatted with my 2 year old. Lol He even went as far as calling me a few days later to check in and make sure everything was still running properly. We truly need more people like him in this world. Give him a raise lol I 100% recommend this company! Great service, Great staff, and affordable prices!

If I could I would make this a 10 star. We had a communication error on Our infinity Thermostat. Call in for service and they responded very quickly. Dillon came out on Christmas Eve and got us up and running before our Family Christmas Party. They gave us an outstanding solution for our problem. Dillon is one of the best Service Technicians i have ever worked with, Thank you so much!! Thank you Todd Peterson for all your help! You are the BEST!!!

The answering service (AI scheduler) works throughout the night. That was handy. Because of that I was able to schedule an emergency appointment for the next morning (a Saturday) while other company's answering service had only taken messages.
The tech deployment process sends a picture of the tech that's coming to your house so you know that they are who they say they are. I really liked that. The tech sent to us, Alan, was friendly and knowledgeable. He offered to get together some quotes for a furnace replacement. He gets 5 stars.
Here's where the company loses a star. I can't seem to get back in touch with Alan directly (or anyone 😅) by simply calling back. It appears that you MUST use the AI answering service for every call, even during business hours, and you can't just leave a voice message on it asking the tech to return your call since you missed his call. The AI wants to go through a message-taking script and have you spell out everything and yada yada yada. I have neither the time nor the desire to do that. It is unspeakably frustrating. I hung up. Then the ever-thorough AI texted me asking if I want a call back 😂 Only if it's Alan....
Alan, if you're reading this, please call again. I'd like the info on those quotes. Email would be better than calling, though.
