    From start to finish, Couch Potato was spectacular! We were recommended to them from a family member and I’m so glad we chose them. Their prices were reasonable and they had a large selection. They were very responsive and made appointments in a timely manner. When it was time for installation, they worked with my schedule to find a day and time. The installers were polite, quick, and the finished product looks (and feels) amazing! I am so happy to have years of comfortable carpet! When it’s time to carpet the basement and living room, I know who I’ll be calling

    From the moment we first walked into Couch Potato Carpet, we were impressed. Joyce was attentive, caring, knowledgeable, and truly sincere. She patiently guided us through the process, offering many beautiful samples and helping us find just the right fit for our home. When Tom came to measure, he took his time, never rushed, and offered thoughtful suggestions tailored to the unique needs of our older home. His kindness, attention to detail, and helpful hints made the process so much easier. Installation day was nothing short of remarkable. Led by Sylvio, the 3-man crew worked nonstop for 6.5 hours with precision and professionalism. Their craftsmanship was impeccable—our walls remained spotless, every edge was perfect, and the new carpet looks amazing. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Couch Potato Carpet exceeded every expectation, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
