We followed their verbal process to pick out a countertop from their partner supplier and they’ll price it. We did it the same day. For days, they did not call to continue the process. We call and the new story is a lower price to cut the counter without someone coming to our home to template it and a higher price for someone to come to our home. The process the PA Homestore told us vs. their vendor partner did not match. No one in their right mind has a custom counter cut without an in home template visit. The lower price was plenty high enough for someone to come out. I recommend working with a more transparent and higher Google star ranked supplier vs. one who baits and switches their story for an attempted profit.
