I reached out to the company expecting basic customer support, but they refused to help in any way — no refund, no replacement, not even a partial credit toward something else. It’s unacceptable for a product at this price to break this quickly, and even worse for the company to ignore responsibility. I would not recommend buying from them, as they do not stand behind their products or their customers.
