- JSJen/Rick Schneiders/HeckerDec 4, 20251.0Terrible company. I needed a pane of glass replaced due to storm damage and had the window boarded up with cardboard, plastic and duct tape. Called expert glass in September, sent pics and received and paid 1/2 the estimate. A month later i hadn't heard anything back so I called about installation. Was told i got lost in the shuffle and they still needed to come measure before the glass was ordered. Finally came and measured and mid November I still hadn't received any info on installation date. After speaking with Steve Iacoboni numerous times, on Nov 20 I decided not to use them to replace the glass as I had been getting the run around for almost 3 months by then. Steve assured me I would receive a refund check for my initial deposit. I have texted and called and have had no response and no check. I will be contacting the BBB if I dont hear back from them.
