- JEJust an ErieiteJan 5, 20261.0Furnace recently stopped reliably heating my house. Figured I'd go with a TRANE specialist since the heater is a TRANE brand. Got a Schneider guy here. He went down and cleaned my flame sensor and told me it was fixed. Found out later in the day that it wasn't. Got sent a message that said he'd be in contact with me. Never followed up. I can't help but wonder if its because he knows that I don't have a lot of money. I am so cold and so sad.
- ESErin SNov 28, 20251.0Called because we moved into a new home and our heat wasnt working in some areas of the home. Ben was dismissive and condescending to me and asked to speak with my husband. He was also rude to my husband and told us it would be " a while" before he would come out. A week later we hadnt heard back, our heat stopped entirely and with a 15 month old, we had to call another company. Will definitely not recommend in the future.

Perfect customer service We are grateful for their hard work and would refer them to everyone. They are the Best!!!
