  We called late in the season- needed a new roof. Sharif’s bid was not only lower than others, but was the only plan that addressed the root of the problem- others just wanted to add new shingles. He was extremely responsive both through text and his detailed report with pictures of problem areas. Sharif, his dad, and the crew treated our roof like their own and did an excellent job.  We highly recommend Advanced Roofing and Construction, and we already plan to have them come back in the spring for another project.

  After having a tree fall and puncture through my roof I had a very good experience with Sharif. He went above and beyond to ensure the roof was repaired properly. They were able to come and complete the job in a very timely manner with excellent quality. Highly recommend!

  Excellent! Didn't have to wait to have a new roof! Sharis is so polite and came up with great pricing. He also did another job for me landscaping. They worked hard and fast and cleaned up well. I had five quotes for the roof and really liked Sharis the best. Sharis I really appreciate all the time, effort and your help that you gave me.   Look no further! We hired advanced roofing for our flat roof over our garage after it was deemed unrepairable and leaking. Sharif came out to my house right away and listened to my concerns. He was informative and provided me with an estimate the following day. Sharifs crew replaced the roof within a couple weeks of the quote and did it within two days time. The job was done professionally with the best quality. This company stands behind their work and is very professional. I will be hiring them in the future if needed. Their prices are likely the most fair in the area for the work they do.
