  I moved to a new area back in August. The first 2 months no issues at all. In October is when everything started going downhill. I am currently calling on a weekly basis to have my recycle bin picked up because it was missed on the scheduled pickup day. Every week I call I am questioned "well were your bins put out?" What kind of insane person takes time from their day to call in weekly if the bins are not put out, also trash is taken with no issue weekly so im not understanding! Finally spoke to the manager Susan and I felt better and was hopeful that this week I would wake and not have to call, WRONG again not picked up left a message and no response! If a service is paid for there is no reason I should have to be calling in weekly for them to do their jobs it should just be done! Never had this issue with Waste management! Currently looking for a new dump service!

  We have had Good's Disposal Service for 10 years and they have been consistent in picking up our trash and recycle. The service has been a great experience!

  Had the service for business for 4 years,overall ok but several times dumpsters were left full and when called to remove was switched around to 3 or 4 different people to try to reschedule another pickup,after a week of doing that still no pickup,dumpsters overflowing hurting my business,last instance there was a tiny bit of snow on the ground which I had dumped 50 pounds of salt onto and they emptied one dumpster and left in the yard creating huge mud holes and also was within inches of passing traffic in my driveway,this was left unchanged for a week now,even after 2 emails and 3 phone calls,another instance was residents threw a few soda cans in and a few bees flew around the area and they yet again refused to take dumpsters for another week forcing tennants to hold their trash and or have it spill onto the ground,they hurting business and not even a phone call back or care in the world,worst experience I ever had with a lifetime of business,would not recommend

  We've been with goods for a few years now and we've never had any issues with them, the guys that come out and get trash are always nice and always make sure that are trash bins are nice and neat when they are done.. Highly recommend goods
