I have never dealt with a company that is as unwilling to do their primary function, and that is so apathetic towards their customers as Aiken. They were on their way to remove my bins from my property before I had finished closing, but 4 days after I pay my invoice they neglect to give my bins back to me. This is after they had billed me incorrectly and refused to adjust my invoice to reflect the actual start date of my service after the initial mistake had been corrected. When I brought up my concerns the representative essentially told me that my issue with their billing dates is somehow not their concern, and they refused to respond to any further emails

Aiken Refuse, since they came to Hermitage have been inconsistent and incomplete on pickups (knocked over bins, not emptied, miss days), and are rude and unhelpful. I have addressed issues with them, to the tune of “… take it up with the city” - when clearly billing dilemmas & service quality are the responsibility of Aiken. If you are a city or town administrator reading this - spend the money. Nearly everyone in Hermitage is dissatisfied and helpless with this company.
