From the folks who originally came to perform the measurements and give the estimate to the gentlemen who performed the work everyone was very professional, courteous and conscientious during this time. As a few reviewers had mentioned if you need it "now" and are intolerant of "delayed" response times then possibly this may not be the place for you. However, if you can plan this out I think Howell Craft does superb work, carries excellent products, offers fair pricing and executes their craft at the highest level. Good things come to those who wait ;-)
