He did the required annual maintenance on my generator andhe even left a tag on my door letting me know he was here. I had a follow up call from the office making sure that everything was ok. I call this outstanding service.

From the very beginning, Power Watch Systems stood out. Their rep who visited for the initial consult was very knowledgeable and honest. My discussions with their sales team afterwards (and throughout the process) was always positive. As a family run business, with salaried employees that does not rely on subs, I felt we had great continuity over the several months we waited on permits and approvals. Power Watch handled everything, unlike other providers. And install was outstanding! We had a small army of professionals led by Mike, Tim and Brett show up on time and got right to work. They were very knowledgeable and I learned a great deal from them throughout the install. Bottom line: they cared about doing the job right. And they did! Top notch! We're delighted to have our new generator and are very grateful to everyone at Power Watch Systems for making it happen! Highest recommendation.
