After further discussion, I realized the miscommunication was entirely on our end, not theirs, and I have since removed my poor review. I now want to give Cook's Brothers the 5-star review they truly deserve for going above and beyond to accommodate us. Their exceptional response wasn't motivated by damage control over a bad review—it genuinely demonstrated how much they value their customers and stand behind their service. This experience reminded me why we've been loyal customers of Cook's Brothers for years. Every interaction we've had has been marked by their exceptional customer service and professionalism. I owe a personal apology for the confusion and want to publicly recognize Kristen Cook and Mr. Cook for their patience, understanding, and commitment to making things right. They not only resolved our concerns but are ensuring our bricks are going to be delivered to our client's property exactly as needed.
