He came to repair a couple pieces of fencing during the storm with 70mph winds and didn’t leave until the job was completed. We told him he didn’t need to stay and he just kept going. Would highly recommend their company even if he had not pushed through but that dedication did not go unnoticed. We are extremely thankful for them!
- AMAlexandra MeyersDec 5, 20201.0My husband and I had a HORRIBLE experience with Metro Fence. When we signed the paperwork to purchase our new home we called Metro Fence to get on their calendar. We sent them over the home/yard specs and PRE PAID for the job in full. We move in 6 weeks later, no approximate day for install.. we keep calling and they FINALLY show up after 2 weeks. They would do a few things one day, then a few things 3 days later, and so on. Finally we were only waiting on the gates to be installed and my husband had to call and ask when they were coming back! Totally not a reliable company and we wouldnt recommend the to anyone. Our fence is currently not even usable! They didn’t fill in the holes they dug for the posts due to “cold weather” and told my husband to fill them in with topsoil- WELL WHY WOULDNT THEY DO THAT? We are so disappointed and will never ever hire them again or refer them ANY business.
