Bonnie stayed in touch through out the process and personally dropped off materials that were needed to finish the job at hand. I would love to do business with them again and am so happy that they delivered everything timely to give me a fabulous kitchen.

He took a couple of measurements but he said the computer program would calculate the measurements. I discussed a design and we agreed but when it came time to order the cabinets he did not even remember the design we had discussed. The result of his botched architectural design was that all of the cabinets were improperly aligned with no way to fix it other than having him order a custom cabinet which he was unwilling to do. Not only was he unwilling to do this, he never even called to discuss the gross misalignment of the cabinets. He was unreachable 99% of the time. Only his ( very nice) assistant was available and she tried her best to address his mistakes. Very poor designing by Brent.
