  Service could not have been better. Discovered the situation at appx 8:30 am and by 5 pm installation was completed. Tech was absolutely 10 out of 10 in every aspect of the job. Efficient, friendly,and attentive to all details. The area he worked in was cleaner then when he found it. Thanks

  The installation of our new furnace was flawless. The estimator (Kristy) was great. She was knowledgeable with great customer service skills. The installers were professional and efficient. Also, the post install clean up was "spot on". I highly recommend G.F. Bowman.

  I discovered a leak in my hot water heater over night and called first thing in the morning. G.F. Bowman had someone at my house by 9am. Devon had the hot water heater fully replaced and running by lunch. Devon did a great job explaining to me the problem with the current hot water heater and the process for replacing. I was very happy with how everything went.

  I don't like that they can't give a more specific window for service time beyond "sometime" during the scheduled day. I was told I would get a call or text 30-60 minutes before the appointment. When I got the call, they stated it would be less than 30 minutes, then amended that to be less than 10 minutes, causing me to rush home from work, only to have it be more than 30 minutes. The appointment went much longer than expected. Part of this would seem to be alleviated if the technician would come to the door completely prepared to start. Instead, he introduced himself and looked around, then went out to get his supplies, and went out at least three additional times for small, standard items that could easily have been brought at the beginning. English was his second language, which at times was frustrating to me when I struggled to understand, and at times I was picking up bits and pieces, especially when he sped through some routine information. I'm sure he was more qualified than the impression I was left with, but it made me uncomfortable that he was tearing apart my furnace while having conversations with people who were giving him instructions. In the end, even after nearly three hours for an introductory evaluation, the job was still not finished, and I will need to make a second appointment in order to finish the process. On the positive side, at least one issue was found and is being followed up on, and that was the purpose for having the evaluation. Also, the technician was pleasant in his demeanor. Overall, I found the appointment frustrating, which I understand is somewhat true just by the nature of the appointment, but it was considerably more frustrating than I expected.
