I had contacted several other vendors for quotes and I received a variety of sales pitches; some didn’t even bother to try to help me. Not one of them took the time to really look at my floor and address any of my concerns. Tim was the only person to examine my floor thoroughly, helping me to understand the different types of flooring as to what could best serve my needs, and explaining the process in detail. He taught me so much about flooring, which made it easy to see that any other flooring company was just trying to make a sale. Tim wasn’t selling a product ... he was trying to make my house a home. He was so thoughtful that he even said if I didn’t go with him, to contact him with any questions because he was there to help me. In the end, his crew was great and the floor turned out beautifully. I will be using Wilmac Flooring on my next project and I know I won’t be disappointed.
