Anyways, since I had used before, I looked up contact # on Internet, saw bad review hesitated. I followed my instincts & called him anyways. He came out within a day, on a Sat! He was courteous both on phone & in person. He got a rock stuck in his hose, never swore, I had a plumber who got his snake stuck in my public sewer. He swore horribly, then blamed me! I was afraid because of that previous bad experience with that plumber. Not the case with Mr. Cousins, I felt like he wanted to swear, but he did not. He was professional, respectable to me, and did not charge me any extra,fair price. I will use agin next time, but sooner. I learned to not wait past 5 years.
