Our carpet was in great condition but frustratingly had a very visible lump that we had no idea how it formed or what to do with it. I contacted Harry and he responded right away with a few questions about my carpet and set up an appointment for the following day. Harry arrived on time and quickly assessed the issue-poor installation-and was certain he could fix it. Harry had his van with all of his tools and got right to work! In about an hour, the wrinkle along with another one that was discovered, was gone and my carpet looked as good as new! What was great is that I didn’t have to worry about moving anything because he had the necessary equipment needed to move the furniture and everything was put back afterward. For a fraction of what a new carpet would have cost Harry solved our problem and gave us a lifetime guarantee on his work. We could not be happier.
