  Ray & Louis team on site did great job. Cleaned up each day kept me informed.knowledgeable. knowldgeablly.. John came by with supplies & to remove garbage, checked job progress. They were all a pleasure to work with. Finished job looks great. Very happy I chose novak. Had roof built over patio.

  Novak Home Improvements were profession and fair from start to finish. The quality of the work is as if I had done it myself. From the proposal to the installation and billing, every person rated a 10 in my opinion. I have owned a service business for over 30 years, and employed hundreds of employees, and I know how difficult it can be to have the best people in these positions. I wouldn’t normally respond to a survey, but in this case I had to. I have now used their services twice and would absolutely use them again when needed.

  We had a really great experience with Steve from Novak, as well as everyone we dealt with. They were prompt, professional and answered all our questions along the way. I would definitely recommend Novak, and we were very pleased with our service experience.
