  Warning.... I called this company and they said they were busy, they'd get back to me, 2 days later I called again and they said they would send someone out. Now instead of just saying they were too busy, they called another company called 1st Choice Roofing, I didn't notice at first, I thought I was dealing with Phoenix initially. When I noticed it was another company I alrdy had them on my roof, it was too late, when i said I thought i was dealing with Phoenix, i was told the owners were bothers, when I looked up 1st Choice their reviews were much worse and I was nervous but i was alrdy commited and i wanted to give them a chance. now I'm not suprised 1st Choice had so many bad reviews of scamming people, they took $800 for a down payment and never came back, been over 6 months of me asking them to come do the job.... so watch out when you call Phoenix Roofing, make sure phoenix roofing actually shows up. I wish I was just told by Phoenix they couldn't get to me instead of sending out his brother Mike who apparently scams people. Response to anyone reading there response, 1st choice roofing is in phila PA, just type it into Google maps... guess there just gonna lie and act like this isn't correct, but y not just say "sorry or I didn't know that would happen"... y make ur company appear untrustworthy and lie about something anyone can see for themselves whos really lying by typing 1st choice roofing inc into Google maps.... I would of taken this down if u responded with anything but claiming this is a lie... if I get reimbursed I'll take it down.

  Phoenix did work on my home which included new windows, siding, roof, garage doors, and flat roof. The work looks great however, we have a leak from the flat roof. When we called they came out promising to fix the issue. It didn’t happen. Days and days of promising someone would stop by, never happen. They are now ignoring all of our calls, and texts. It has been weeks and they still refuse to answer us. We are being ghosted by a company who told us they would make it right. I would not recommend. Edit: This is not the wrong company I am reviewing. Josue was my project manager. We have reached out repeatedly to him and the office. Spoke to Jimmy directly.

  Phoenix has been great with adding new siding to my residence as well as the surrounding buildings. The workers are efficient and respectful! #CallGIOVANNI

  I cannot speak highly enough of Giovanni. His team did an excellent job with the work. His pricing is fair and competitive. But most importantly, Giovanni cares. He helped me with a hail damage claim, working with the adjuster until all the damage was properly documented. Other contractors didn't seem to care whether my insurance company or I paid for the roof, so long as they were paid by someone. But Giovanni cared who paid. He has my highest recommendation.

  Update. Been waiting for over a month for a repair on my j channel, after two roofers quoted me on a leak repair. Intially I reached out to Phoenix and the lady said they would send someone, I had to follow up with Gio their sales man to get some one out. Jose came and said the leak is from the window capping and to replace is $500 a window. As they didnt install it. Fast forward I had 3 roofers come to quote me on recapping my window for them to say the issue is the two holes in the J channel, not the window. I let phoenix know immedaitley they agreed to fix it but they cant find the time or a person to come over to fix the issue. its been 4 weeks (10/21/25).... I stand by what i wrote below, they were great in getting the deal done and the roof finished etc... but they are not great at fixing issues that are under their warranty in a timely fashion. Ask for Giovanni. He is always available on the phone or text. We suffered hail damage in the storm in May 22. Gio and the team visited the neighborhood and offered free inspection and estimates. Gio worked with our insurance (Nationwide) and ensured all damage was accounted for and covered in the insurance estimate. Gio and the team turned up on time every day for 2 weeks to complete the work. They were polite, professional, attentive and cleaned up after themselves daily. The only way you knew they were there was the skip outside for the waste. They replaced all the sidings on the house, they replaced the roof and gutters. They even installed new Light fittings, dryer vents and attic vents to match the style of the new vinyl siding. Not to mention the code upgrades that needed doing also. Finally Gio even refunded a overpayment! In all my years living in the USA I have never experienced a contractor doing that! I have no issues in recommending Phoenix Roofing & Siding to any of my neighbors or you reading this review. If you like the sound all that, call and ask for GIO!
