The massive old unit was disassembled and removed from the basement and the new unit installed in only 7 hours. They left the heater room cleaner than they found it! I was treated with the best customer service and with the attention to detail necessary to make this situation as easy and as painless as possible. I can’t recommend this company enough, have been with them for over 4 years now and they never disappoint!

Our home had a 50+ year-old oil boiler for a (water) radiator heating system and we were looking to replace it with a new, natural gas boiler. Custom Aire's quote was (by far) the most competitive and the work was done to specifications. There were no "hidden" costs, and one of the technicians (Zak) even returned days after the project was completed to install a smart thermostat I purchased since it needed special wiring. Derek's team was even able to connect with a contractor to remove the massive 1,200lb. oil boiler and the (rusting) oil tanks.
