    We have been waiting since July 23rd for them to repair a mini split in our house, that they installed two years ago. After ordering the wrong part and not being able to fix it 3 weeks later, we have not heard back from them. So disappointed in their customer service!

    We were without heat due to a power surge. Gabe was helpful and explained what was happening with the furnace every step of the way. He had our part in and fixed our furnace before the day was out.

    The journey of lack luster service continues. Quick to sell you a system but beyond slow to fix problems. We have had our system for less than a year and have several issues from an extremely unprofessional installation (not to mention the poor quality), very poor communication and follow through, and much more. I’m sure that the mechanical issues that we have encountered are all due to sloppy installation. Avoid this company!

    Heath worked with me to spec out a whole house mini split system. He spent a lot of time going over my options, including alternatives to mini splits. He answered my questions and designed a system specific to my house and needs. I felt confident I was buying the right product. Dustin and Scott handled the installation. They were courteous and friendly and took the time to answer any questions I had each day and made sure things were done right. I’m very happy with the system so far and I think it looks great. Looking forward to working with triangle in the years to come.
