If I could give zero stars, I would. I hired United Site Services to provide porta potties for my wedding, and it was one of the most stressful vendor experiences I’ve ever had. They didn’t even show up until two days late — the actual morning of my event. This caused so much unnecessary stress on what was supposed to be one of the happiest days of my life. Every time I called, they made me open a new case because of some “shift change” excuse that deleted the previous one. I never once received a call back, despite being promised follow-ups. After all that, they initially offered me a laughable $25 credit — when what I deserved was a full refund. I had to fight for weeks, and while they eventually did refund me, it took nine weeks to arrive by mail. This company is completely disorganized, unprofessional, and lacks any accountability. If you’re considering using them for an important event — don’t. Save yourself the stress and go with literally anyone else.

We have requested multiple times and multiple days for our toilets to be cleaned. It has now been 4 days on a job site with over 30 people and the toilets have no toilet paper. You finally managed to come out and deliver a 3rd toilet yet failed to supply it with hand sanitizer. On the 3rd day of requesting one of your drivers came out looked at the toilets and left. When the driver came out on the 4th day and used one of the nasty toilets how did he not tell it needed servicing… it’s out of paper, out of hand sanitizer, poop piled high, can smell it from across the street. Out of all the job sites I’ve been to, this is the absolute worst situation I’ve ever seen.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If I could give zero stars I would. I paid for a couple of porta potties for my daughter’s wedding that we were hosting on our property. They never delivered them! This company NEVER communicated with me on anything. The only communication that happened was with the sales rep who took my money. I’ve even emailed her multiple times regarding this issue with zero replies! I called customer service multiple times and no one could get ahold of the office or the people that were supposedly delivering them. One of the reps had the nerve to tell me they’re having a hard time keeping employees. (Hmmm wonder why). Then had the audacity to ask me to send anyone their way that is reliable and looking for work. (Yeah, I don’t think so!) Lastly I asked for refund and it’s been over a week and haven’t heard from anyone still! They basically stole my money!! I should’ve looked at the reviews first before calling this company. It would’ve saved us so much trouble. Whatever you do - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS RENTAL COMPANY!!

Frequently Asked Questions About United Site Services

What are the guidelines for A.D.A. restrooms?

United Site Services offers portable wheelchair accessible restrooms that are A.D.A. compliant for use on a construction site, commercial area, or special event in some areas. Where available, our A.D.A. units are large enough and contain the proper elements to meet the standards that have been outlined by the 'Americans with Disabilities Act'. Specifically, the statute states that for single user portable toilets clustered at a single location, at least 5% but no less than one toilet unit shall be installed at each cluster whenever typical inaccessible units are provided. Accessible units shall also be identified by the International Symbol of Accessibility. The exception is that if portable toilet units are used exclusively by construction personnel who do not require the use of an A.D.A. unit, you are not required to comply with this statute. (Federal Register/Vol. 56, No. 144/July 26, 1991/Rules and Regulations/4.1.2 Accessible Site and Exterior Facilities: New Construction). For the complete set of A.D.A. guidelines relating to portable restrooms, please contact our office or view our Regulations page.

How much does it cost to rent a Porta Potty?

There are a few factors to consider that can affect the total Porta Potty rental price. What is the length of my event, hours, days, weeks, months? The length of time the unit will actually be in use directly affects how many toilets you might need to order. Weekend event portable toilets and sinks are typically delivered on a weekday leading up to the event and picked up on a weekday following the event. Weekend delivery, service or pickup is available at an additional charge. Upgrades, like flushing toilet restrooms or restrooms with hand wash sinks will be at a higher rental rate than basic Porta Potty rentals. A.D.A. accessible restrooms might be required for your public event, large or small. The standards that have been outlined by the Americans with Disabilities Act state that for single user portable toilets clustered at a single location, at least 5% but no less than one A.D.A. accessible portable toilet shall be provided at each cluster. If you are on a construction job site, you will need to follow A.N.S.I. restroom requirements for the number of toilets needed on site.
