He was able to perform the checkup but also explained the functionality of the furnace. He even completed a small repair in the exhaust pipes. We bought a new house a year ago with a really old system & really didn't know the small things to make the furnace most functional. He explained the circulating function, air filter cleaning, the air returns (which don't need filters), and helped with the thermostat settings. The information he shared & the kindness shown were above our expectations. So happy to have connected with Janke & Luke!

The work was professional and cleanup thorough. The office staff were also very helpful in helping to navigate the financial aspects. Asked about vent cleaning for dryer vent clean out. A rep. contacted me regarding making an appointment He began trying to upsell me on a system. He Was a very fast talker. I had him repeat what he was trying to sell Which he did. My mind was elsewhere, but I bought it. So The service was great but the second half of review is a separate issue. I would recommend this company For HVAC services and I would use again.
