  Nathan was very rude to my mother ( put her in tears) and did not do the proper diagnostic tests to diagnose the issue. We had to call another company this am who diagnosed the issue within 20 min. When I called to complain to the company they told me that it had been a long day for Nathan and we had told him we were out of water and that it was in emergency which WE DID NOT. My mother specifically told them that it would be OK for them to come out the next day as we have a holding tank. Customer service is IMPORTANT no matter how tired you are.

  The whole crew at green valley pump are incredibly responsive and helpful. John has called me back promptly on multiple occasions when I was desperate for help. I would highly recommend them, they are very very kind. They do amazing work and always go above and beyond.

  I have a well pump that supplies water to my house installed by Green Valley. After a nasty power outage it faulted and I lost all water pressure and supply to my residence. I called their 24 hr help line and they were very kind and supportive. They were able to give me troubleshooting suggestions over the phone real time, and I was able to restart my system myself, regaining pressure and flow. Extremely thankful for their knowledge and kindness!

  Top notch company; very professional and prompt. We had a pump issue at our 9 room bed and breakfast (on a holiday, of course) and the team was out here within the hour. They got us up and running in no time with very little inconvenience to our guests.

  Green Valley Pump has been nothing short of professional, competent, and fair. I have used Green Valley for over 12 years for our TID and potable water sources. Sure they are busy and run ragged but that’s expected when we are facing a severe drought. They prioritize service calls for people with no water. I think that’s absolutely spot on. So sometimes you have to wait. Knowing that they are helping someone without water takes the sting out of waiting. The staff (especially Robin) and Eric in the service dept. are excellent. Is recommend them…. And do….. whenever I can.
