The installation crew of Fernando, Rene and Sergio were outstanding! The arrived on time, we're friendly and worked incredibly well together. They dug out a new drain line trench, added perforated pipe, sloped it to the new sump pump and covered the area with clean membrane material. They also added some structural support beams underneath the house. They covered all of the floors and walls with plastic so as not to drag in mud from under the house. They also took videos and pictures of all the work they performed. Great job guys! I would highly recommend John's Waterproofing. Thanks for all of the hard work.

They conned me into having another radon test and said it would be free if the radon was high, it was and still made me pay. They broke their word, not a good way to do business. Im probably going wtih Just Radon for their professionalism, price, and honestly, and clear communication

We hired John's Waterproofing to raise an addition on our home that had setteed a couple of inches and the floor was sloped and there were some cracks in the dryway and some of the wood moldings had seperated. They were great! Amazing job! The floor is now level again and the woodwork even came back to it's original fits. The team they sent our worked quickly and efficiently, dispite the bad weather, and accomplished what almost seemed impossible in record time. I dreaded having this kind of work done, and put it off for awhile, but I'm so glad that found out about John's Waterproofing. I also like the fact that they were local to our area. The whole team was great and a special thanks to Avery who went above and beyond. I highly reccomend John's Waterproofing and if I ever need this kind of work done again (I do have some rental properties) I would not hesitate to use their services again

Had my basement done several years ago and am very pleased with how the work has stopped all water from entering my basement. I just had James out for the annual service and he did a great job. He is kind and friendly and doesn’t suggest repairs unless they are absolutely needed. This company and its employees are trustworthy and great to work with.

I chose John's Waterproofing because they brand themselves as the experts with a strong focus on their customers, however, we had the complete opposite experience. We paid well above the market rate for a premium solution, to mitigate a high-risk water situation. Instead, their poor installation decisions and negligent customer service created a nightmare. Despite us explicitly warning the salesperson and contractors about our property's hydric soil and high-water table, they insisted on draining our high-output triple sump pump into a standard gutter line. Predictably, it failed immediately. Our pump now cycles every 10 seconds and flooded our foundation wall because the gutter line can’t handle the volume—exactly what we were concerned about. When we called for help, their expert advice failed us (yet again), claiming it was a "clog" and told us to hire another company. We paid $400 for an emergency plumber to confirm there was NO CLOG—it was simply a massive installation failure. Their own service tech eventually came out after we confirmed no clog and admitted the installation should not have been placed there and that a proper water test was likely skipped. Despite this admission of fault, their "solution" was to send us a quote (9 days after their service visit) for corrective work that was MORE EXPENSIVE than competitor quotes we received, even with their claimed discount. Currently, I am spending my weekends in the rain fixing this muddy, wet mess, while the "expert & customer focused" company lacks any care for us. If you want a company that listens to your concerns and stands by their work, look elsewhere.
