  I was delivered a 20 Yard Drop Box to put our roofing material in. I was quoted a price and paid for it in advance. When I got my regular bill. There was $75.00 added to it. I called and ask about it. I was told they made a mistake. I was quoted a price for a 10 Yard Dump Box, and received a 20 Yard Drop Box. That is their mistake and I shouldn't have to pay the extra $75.00.....

  I've had service here for going on 9 years, I just called to ask for a new garbage can as this one is very old and very gross. She said sure, however there's a $22 charge to switch the cans out! SERIOUSLY ‼️ PFFT!

  This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They treat their customers horribly because they know they are the only option for garbage service. We are cancelling our service and going to start taking our trash to the dump ourselves. It will be better than dealing with any of the employees or the office people who talk to you like you're a child. We need another company to be in competition with these horrible people. You would make a ton of money if you were just nice.

  I’m shocked they even have two stars. Winona has the worst attitude while working in a customer service role. I rented a dumpster for a month where weekly pick ups are included-we are renovating. Nobody came to get it this week and when I called she said she didn’t have anyone else coming to the area until next week. “Today would’ve been the day to get it picked up if we would’ve known.” If you would’ve known that you didn’t do your job? She said the driver wrote that it was “locked” however we don’t close our gate… I told her it was in the same place they dropped it off and she snipped at me and told me it was a different driver. Make a note? Communicate? Put Winona on a garbage route because her customer service skills are trashier than this overflowing dumpster they left.

  Awful experience with this company. They say they send notices, but they don’t. Neighbors and other reviews can confirm this. Customer service is awful……rude and condescending. Other sanitation services for the area have far better ratings in communication and customer service. A large group of us are partitioning to be able to choose what utility companies we use.
