  I personally think that customer service makes or breaks an experience. I ordered a pot for a party about a month in advance at this point in time the service was great. The employee took my number and told me they would call me the week of the party to let me know what estimated time they would drop the pot off on the Friday before which was perfect so I could make sure someone was home. Waited until Thursday, never received a call so I called and was told it would be here before 12 on Friday. Friday comes along and I realized there was going to be a window of time in the morning when nobody would be home at the house so I called to ask for a check in when the toilet would be here so I could make sure someone was home. The lady I talked with was cut dry, rude, and had was giving attitude. She said, "we told you yesterday when you called that it would be there before 12". Yes I am aware of that. I just wanted to make sure they weren't going to come during the time when nobody was home. She then said, "I guess I'll call the driver and make him stop everything he is doing to figure out when he is going to get to your house". Word of advice, don't guilt tripe customers for being concerned to have someone home for a delivery. The man who ended up delivering the toilet was extremely nice, the pot was clean and presentable. I was told it would get picked up on the following Monday. Waited around all day, nobody ever showed up. By 5:20pm I called ACE hoping they were still open and the lady who answered said oh we had issues with the driver, we will pick it up tomorrow (Tuesday). Which is fine, yet I think it would have been more professional to call your customer to give them an update considering I have been staying home all day to make sure i'm here for when you come and pick up the toilet. I asked her if she know a time for the Tuesday when they were going to come get the toilet and she said, "uh no, why is it not somewhere we can just get it?". I explained that it was in a fence and we have dogs and I wanted to make sure the dogs weren't outside. She said between 930-1030 the toilet would get picked up. and the toilet still has not been picked up. All in all, if the ladies who work the phones were a bit nicer when dealing with customers the experience would have been absolutely fine. But attitude really takes away from a good experience.

  Was quoted a price for pumping septic twice, by two different people in this company. The bill was for $183 more than that. Further, was charged $52 for the owners return trip and an additional $410 for less than two more hours work. Labor and minor parts were lumped together with no detail. So, 3 hours of work came to $894 with no up-front discussion or disclosure...The work was competently done, but if you use this company make sure you get all costs and quotes in writing...because they will deny their original phone quote...
