- FBFahad BashaNov 16, 20231.0I attempted to return a pump that was unused and unopened within 30 days of purchase. The representative at the front desk tried to claim this was a "special order" even though the inside sales rep never mentioned this over the phone, nor was it shown on the receipt as a "buy out" or "special order". The only thing I knew was it was being transferred from another location. They refused to take it back for a full refund, then after a few minutes discussing it with his other rep, they decided the restock fee would be 25% (A number they came up with from thin air) on a $433.00 purchase. I asked to speak with the General Manager, which they said they weren't available and would not talk to me about this, as this is "their policy". They also said you can return it for a 25% restock, or not return it at all. This has now been disputed with my credit card company, as it's clearly an unethical case. Terrible experience working with these guys. A total scam all around. Avoid this place if you can.
