  Cool Cat Fence lives up to their name. They are really cool people and do excellent work. Super easy financing and scheduling. The 3 man crew showed up and worked their ass off. They even worked when it was dark with their headlamps in order to finish up. Their professionalism and attention to detail and efficiency are second to none. I would highly recommend CCF. I ❤️ these guys!

  Scheduled an appointment on Nov 2nd to have an estimate conducted on November 16. I desperately tried to get a weekend appointment, but they were booked on weekends. I scheduled for a Monday instead and took time off work to be there. The day before the appointment, I get a text message saying they're somehow magically fully booked and need to reschedule. They're fully booked on a day I scheduled two weeks in advance? How? Massive waste of my time. I'm taking my business elsewhere and you should too. This company does not respect other people's time.

  I am truly impressed by my experience with this company. I filled out the online form and received a call back within an hour. Technician Phillip came out to give a bid on my fence gate project two days later. While it was a smaller job, I certainly didn't expect to have an appointment for the work within a week. Phillip showed me two different samples of gate styles, explained pricing and functionality. The next weekend Ruvim came and built and installed the two gates. I could not be happier that my newly adopted dog had a fully enclosed yard within a week! Very, very happy with my experience from start to finish. The communication with Cool Cat is above and beyond what I've had from other contractors in the area.

  Very professional and good quality work. They communicate with you beforehand, ask you what you like and give you options. They also tell you when they are going to arrive and have tracking so you know how far they are. Helps a lot of you have a lot going on. They ask you what you want when they get there. The only feedback I would give is before digging or during each step , maybe updates would be nice for the owners to see how the progress is going, but that’s just small feedback. Other than that , top notch work. The fence looked amazing, they asked questions where necessary. I don’t know anything about fences but after they were done- they even checked their own work, and when realized they forgot something , they came back and did it and let me know. I appreciated that a lot. Recommend them. If I was to do fences - I would hire them again.

  Cool cats were great through the majority of the assessment and install but they have fallen short in a big area for me which is follow-up and follow through. Our fence was installed which look great, but the locks installed on both gates have to be locked from only one side of the fence (on the inside). This was a security flaw I thought was silly because if the lock is only locked from the outside of the fence all you have to do is reach through the fence and toggle to latch from the inside to open the gate. Really dumb design. We asked if there were other options and the installer mentioned they have one which allows for it to be locked/unlocked from either side, and it locks/unlocks both sides when one side or the other gets locked/unlocked. The technician stated they could order the one he suggested and reach out to us to schedule coming back out for the quick changeout. We have been chasing them for weeks now. Just another company that prides themselves on the initial work and then don't take that extra step to ensure incredible customer satisfaction, which they would have received from us. But now it's been more than a month being told someone would be out and they never show or that the technician will be reaching out and they never do. There is never any follow-up from our portfolio manager either. Constantly chasing him down too. These are the things that separate the good from the great for me.
