It's rare to find an operator who keeps his eye on the job as a whole. He doesn't hesitate to get out of the rig to lend a hand if needed and that's rare anymore it seems. We worked together for a couple days one of which was 4 or 5 hours longer than normal. Even though he had the option to leave earlier he said he would rather see the job through! You really won't find a better operator or a nicer guy than Del @ Buds Crane. Anytime I do a project In his area he is my first choice from now on. Give him a shot on your next project and you will see why!
