I wracked my brain (along with consulting my HVAC friend) before I finally called Ben’s heating and Joe figured out the issue right away and was able to fix it same day. This was especially important, since I had the in-laws coming to stay in a week, and didnt want them staying with the heat not working. Will use them in future!
- CZCasey ZegarOct 31, 20255.0Ben's was great from start to finish. They replaced my old heat pump system with Daikan Fit-E and I couldn't possibly love it more. It is such an improvement over a standard heat pump. I can't hear it running and my house is always comfortable. The old one was loud and couldn't keep up on hot and cold days. I highly recommend that unit and Ben's to install it. There were minor issues with the installation, mostly due to miscommunication and me not being home/available on the day of the install. They corrected everything and checked back to make sure I was happy before paying the final invoice.
