  Wow, absolutely blown away on the workmanship and professionalism! Switching from a 50s home with cedar shake roof to asphalt was a big change for our family. We shopped around and got several bids. We chose Apex Home Solutions because Landon was easily accessible to answer all my questions, patient, fair, knowledgeable, and professional. Never did I feel pressured or unease about any aspect of the process. His foreman and crew were diligent at completing the job, even through the coldest days of winter. They cleaned up after themselves each day, were respectful of property and always on time. Coming home to a beautiful new roof and choosing to work with Apex was the best decision! Cant wait to work with them again on future projects.

  We had our entire roof replaced on our 1950's daylight ranch in order to make it suitable for solar panels. We got bids from three different vendors and chose Apex because the price was reasonable, Landon was easy-going and his reviews were excellent. Once hired, Landon was extremely patient with our inability to choose a tile color; we never felt pressured and he was always happy to get us another sample or send us a photo from a previous job. For the install, Landon, Ron and the entire crew from Apex Solutions were professional and delivered the results they promised and more. We also replaced our skylights which ended up being more challenging than they expected, but their attitude and workmanship was still top-notch. The job went so smoothly we went ahead and added gutters as well. Thank you Apex for the stellar job.

  Top to bottom wonderful experience and a beautiful new roof! They worked seamlessly with our solar contractor too! We are currently planning to have them quote painting the house as well. Loved everything about Apex and would highly recommend.

  We came across Apex Home Solutions at the Home and Garden Show in Portland, Oregon. Unlike all the other construction companies at the show, Landon Coggins was willing to give us a ball park figure with the information that we provided him for the installation of a new roof. We were very pleased to say that his final quote was very close to that initial estimate. Our roof was an Owens Corning Woodcrest. Landon provided us with accurate time lines and kept us informed if there were any manufacturing delays along the way. He came by the job site often to be sure things were progressing as planned, and that we had no additional concerns. Mario’s roofing crew that Landon assigned to our home was extremely polite and professional. Mario was always willing to tell us what would be completed and how long it would take him. He made sure that all the debris was completely picked up at the end of each work day. When putting in the sky light, a scratch was noticed. Landon was willing to reorder that sky light with no additional charge to us. When the new sky light arrived, Mario’s crew put it in and made sure it was clean and ready to go. We were so pleased with the completion of our roof that we decided to replace some of our damaged windows. Landon gave us a quote that was extremely fair and reasonable. Despite some unexpected delays, and installation issues, Landon continued to keep us informed about the schedule going forward. We were impressed by his willingness to take responsibility for the issues rather than making excuses. Whenever there were unexpected problems, he was willing to make things right. We plan to use Landon for our future home improvement projects. His pricing is reasonable. His quality is outstanding and he honors his commitments. He made a big home improvement project that could have been a big hassle into a worry-free experience. Thank you, Apex Home Solutions! We will be using you again. Karen and Robert Metter

  My wife and I would like to thank Landon, Bryan (owners) and their crew at Apex Home Solutions for the great work transforming our 27 yr. old shake roof. This was a big job, from removing the old cedar shakes, applying 1/2"CDX plywood, a synthetic water proof underlayment, to the beautiful Owens-Corning Presidential "Woodcrest" carbon color composite shingle roof. We were impressed with the nailed application, which includes a 130 MPH wind warranty. Our home is located at 1100 ft. and we get strong winter winds! Bryan was overseeing the job on a daily basis, with "a goal to make the customer as happy as possible". They did that from start to final clean up. We love our new roof!
