- RNRandy NationsNov 13, 20255.0I spent considerable time looking to buy a shed for storage. Tuff Shed was clearly the best built. My concerns were installation. Most sheds had negative reviews on the installers. The installers who brought my shed were very experienced and did a very good job. Installation took maybe 4 hours. I am very happy with the entire process from design and installation and quality of shed. One thing I should mention, is that the frame on the bottom of shed is made from galvanized steel vs pressure treated lumber. This is a big deal for longevity of shed. Chad was the sales person, and the design process was very quick on a computer. He also checked several times to make sure that everything met my expectations. Very happy with the results!

Then we went in his office and we were able to customize the look of our shed and that was it! Got a call a few days later for scheduling. Got it installed the other day and they knocked it out in one day. Very happy with the service from Chad all the way to the guys who put it together. Now we can store our stuff this winter knowing everything will be dry and stored well.
- FSFrederick SauerOct 11, 20255.0When we were gathering information to build our little retreat on the river we stopped by the Tuff Shed location on Rossanley Dr. We picked up some pamphlets and brought them home to look at. A period of time went by spent on permits and land preparation so we did not devote a lot of time to the actual shed itself. It wasn't until we received a call from a gentleman named Chad Hunter at Tuff Shed to let us know that he was the new contact person, and if we ever wanted to come by, he was more than willing to work with us. When we did finally make it in we explained to him the issues we were having with permits and certain neighbors. Our original shed was going to be a 20x20, but Chad recommended if we opted for a 10x20 we could avoid the permit process. Chad worked with us on so many occasions either by phone or email. I have worked with so many sales people over the years and have been disappointed more than not. However Chad showed us that he wanted to work with us and make our Tuff Shed experience a memorable one. Overall our experience with Chad I would call memorable. He made sure that our shed was exactly what we wanted, we made a lot of changes but Chad handled them all professionally. He made sure that the crew showed up on time and wanted to know how they were doing on the project. My wife and I highly recommend Tuff Shed. Our retreat is now close to being done, the inside is still a work in progress but to get us to this point in our endeavor we can thank Chad Hunter.
