Our older Pella patio door needed new rollers, so the technician took out the door, inspected the rollers and let us know that they needed to be replaced. But before he left, he cleaned the rollers as best he could so that the door was at least usable, and let us know that he would check to see if he could order new rollers. As it turned out, the door was so old that Pella no longer offered a replacement part. So the company could not ultimately help us, but it wasn't their fault and we nonetheless appreciated the great communication and friendly service that they provided. We would not hesitate working with them in the future.

The Installers were wonderful. My Dad is 87 years old and they took extra care to help him move a heavy piece of furniture. They also consulted him on a couple matters that came up as they were working. The windows and door look amazing and work SO much better than the old ones did. I would definitely recommend Mountain View to anyone wanting quality windows and/or doors.
