  Dan Head and his team are incredibly thorough and professional. From recognizing, advising and making repairs to the incredible thoroughness of keeping the job site clean during the process and making it look like they were never there when completed. They raked out all the flower beds and ran a magnetic roller throughout the driveway to assure there were no nails or staples left on site. It is with great pleasure I strongly and highly recommend them for any roofing needs any of my friends or family have.   Dan and his crew were all very professional and did absolutely great work! Dan made the whole process of getting a new roof very easy by explaining the different selections and pricing and got the job done in a timely manner and the clean up was spotless as if they were never there at all!

  Had a leaking roof that I needed resolved sooner than later. Dan was able to come out the next day after I called and assess the situation. He was thorough in his inspection lifting shingles and even popped a couple roof vents out to look for possible leaks that could possibly be fixed. After it was determined that there were multiple issues that were affecting leaks and repair would be troublesome to solve problems, I asked for a bid for a complete tear off and installation of new roof. Reroofing in winter is not ideal and living in Troutdale makes this even worse with the wind usually blowing hard when it’s not not raining. I was reluctant but needed a roof. Dan provided an estimate on site with 4 options of roofing material and explained the benefits of each explaining the weight per square which matters in a high wind area. He provided a few options such as roof exhaust vents and showed me how newer products would be an upgrade to what we had previously. He also warned me that there would likely be some plywood replacement needed as roof was soaking through in places and provided a cost as needed for this as well. Took a day to decide and called to get a time booked. Dan scheduled a perfect window of weather with no wind or rain and the crew was able to come in and do a complete roof in three days. They had to replace 15 sheets of soggy plywood and I asked that they replace all the barge boards at peaks with new wood trim since this would be the time to do it. All this was done in three days. Their team was a nice respectful professional crew who definitely were experienced in their craft, cleaned up daily and left things neat and tidy. They also did an excellent job with final clean up when complete and I am a neat freak so this was very much appreciated. Same crew everyday working 8-4:30 which is pretty much daylight to dusk in December. They even bring a trailered toilet and sink for crew to use so they won’t need to find a tree or bush in your yard. Dan was in touch throughout the project and was there to inspect and pick up any equipment upon completion. It’s been almost a month and we have had some of the strongest winds in our 30 years living in Troutdale along with a snow storm, freezing rain, more wind and blowing rain. Roof is holding up nicely so far and looks great too. Thanks to Dan and crew at Mt. Hood Roof Restoration. I now have piece of mind that our roof is solid. Thank you Johnny Foeckler
