The receptionist answering the telephone ☎️ and scheduling my appointment made me feel welcomed. She was a good listener, seemed genuinely concerned for my well-being. It was extremely cold in my home and apparently something wrong with the HVAC unit. The receptionist, I don't recall her name assured me that a technician would arrive at my home asap noting the urgency for me to be comfortable! You should easily be able to locate her name, from the assignment log. Regarding my technician Gunner. Thank you, thank you, thank you for assigning him to me. My first impression.... PLEASED! He was professional in appearance, articulate, great smile, a good listener and explained exactly what was going on with my faulty unit, and how to maintain it going forward.
