- KWKaren WagnerJul 1, 20251.0If there was no star, that would be my review. This is the most incompetent business I have ever dealt with. Wedding was the 21st of June, pick up of potties was to be the 23rd of June. The porta potties are still here a week later. Each time they are called, we are told tomorrow. It is impossible to talk to dispatch. Each time I called, it was a location in another state. My advice would be to never use this company.

I called daily with nobody ever calling me back. They said they would pick up last Friday 6/19, but it is still here. I am always told someone in operations will get ahold of me. I filed a claim with the city and they are now going to have obstruction unit following up. I let United know I filed the claim. This has created a safety issue and they refuse to take care of it. What an incompetent company. I can see that I am not the only one to experience this issue.
