The Canby Glass employees who removed the old mirror bathroom mirror & installed a new 3 ft by4 ft bathroom mirror for me were great to work with! They were on time, professional & very easy to work with. They did the install in a short period of time with no mess left behind. I'm very glad I had Ace Glass in Canby, OR do this installation for me.

I had the best experience with Ace Glass installing my shower doors and mirrors. It's hard to believe anyone has anything negative to say about them. I would recommend them for all glass needs. The Ace Glass team is amazing.

If I could go lower for customer service on the star rating, I would. Had to cancel a glass order because turnaround time was not soon enough to meet our deadline. So naturally, we found another glass place, and I called to cancel the order before any glass was cut. The lady who answered the phone was extremely condescending and hung up on me when I told her we had found another glass maker who could cut our glass to match our deadline. 10/10 will not be back.

Andres came out to fix a basement window that got broken during a re-roof job. He did a great job and was very polite. The new window look so good wish I could get them all done!

Frequently Asked Questions About Ace Glass Company

What causes my insulated windows to get fogged up?

The primary factors contributing to fogged insulated windows are age, temperature fluctuations, and exposure. Windows facing west and south are particularly susceptible to this issue.

My windows fog up in the morning, but were okay later in the day. What is happening?

This phenomenon, known as exterior condensation, occurs on high-performance, low-E glass when the dew point is reached. At this point, the air becomes saturated with moisture, leading to condensation. Energy-efficient windows retain interior heat, potentially causing the outer glass surface to cool, which increases the likelihood of condensation forming.
