- HMHevelin De MelloAug 28, 20251.0I came to the store about 18 days ago, I had to call them after a few days for someone to come in to do the measurements, nobody had to call me to schedule the visit, up to today, they never sent me the estimate for carpeting and Vinyl flooring, I already bought the carpet with another store and the work got done already. Up today they still never called, I really want to do bussiness with this store because it is in my neighborhood but I guess they don't need my bussiness. This is why some bussiness excel more than the others, the other store, we went same day, 2 days later they came to measure my house, last Friday my carpet was done!
