  I called Marquis about a week ago to get a quote on waterproof laminate flooring. The salesman Mario was great, he gave me a price on the torlys line of flooring that I was interested in. I also wanted to compare the product with the mohawk line of laminate flooring. So yesterday my wife and I ventured out to Tecumseh to look at some samples. To our surprise no samples. Nothing to take home, or even look at. What a total waste of time. To bad I would of liked to have done business them.wont purchase what I can't see.

The selection in store is amazing, something for everyone and at all price points. The tile work—done in our kitchen and foyer—is absolutely flawless. Every line is straight, every grout joint is even, and the pattern we chose was executed perfectly. It truly elevated the space! As for the hardwood floors, the quality of installation exceeded our expectations. The boards are perfectly aligned, transitions are smooth, and the finish gives our home a warm, inviting feel. What really stood out was the staff Marquis hired to do the installation. They were punctual, kept the worksite clean, and communicated clearly throughout the process. We could tell all of them were masters of their trade and took a lot of pride in the quality of their work.   One of the worst sales guys I’ve ever met. He stood there monotone, acting like helping me was a waste of his time. The front desk paged him to show me flooring, but instead of offering any real help, it was like I just interrupted his day. I can’t believe businesses still employ people like this. I’ve got better things to do than be treated like an inconvenience when trying to make a purchase.

  Our condo renovation involved replacing all flooring, kitchen and bathroom fixtures and cabinets. Marquis supplied and installed all floor tiles, shower tiles, back-splashes, counter tops and hardwood flooring. The prep work for levelling the floors prior to installation was perfect. The workmanship by Rob and Walter was outstanding. Bernie, the owner, was fully engaged through out the project and was always available to answer any questions. We highly recommend Marquis Tile for all tile and flooring work.
