Ive sent emails wanting an explanation on the price that my insurance company paid also regarding all the blankets, purses I had to throw out because they were put into plastics bags soaked wet & all turn mouldy, & stuff that was my grandmothers which was very old & I washed them but they still smell. I wanted to know who was going to pay for the stuff I had to grow out but I never got a phone call or an email. I find this to be very unprofessional. C. Maroney
