  I contacted 911 Restoration of Ottawa after our home inspection report mentioned a possible mold issue in our newly purchased house. Since we live out of town, it was important to find a reliable and trustworthy company.I spoke with David, who was extremely supportive and professional from the start. I sent him some photos of the affected areas, and he and his colleague reviewed them carefully. They shared their honest opinion and offered to visit the property for a detailed inspection. Because of their professionalism, I felt confident providing them with my lockbox key. David stayed in touch throughout the process, conducted the inspection, and later provided a detailed report. He explained clearly over the phone and in writing why there was no mold issue. What impressed me most was that the company didn’t charge me for the inspection or report. Their honesty and integrity truly stood out. Thank you, David, and the entire 911 Restoration of Ottawa team, for your excellent service and support. I will gladly recommend your company to my family and friends, and I’ll trust you for any future home restoration needs.

  i called 911 Restoration for stove fire clean up and within 3hours they sent a crew of 2people and clean and deodorize my smoky smell . the 2gentleman were very professional and great workers . i would highly recommend to anyone who needs there service . tx again for the great cleaning job and fast service

  Nasser was exceptional from the get-go. I called their team and promptly, I received a call back from Nasser - he was kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He was eager to assist and help my clients on very short- notice. I highly recommend this group, and in particular, Nasser, for any moisture or mold-related concerns.   We recently experienced a major water leak in our home. My wife came home from work one evening to find the ceiling sagging and filled with water. Unsure what to do, we searched online and found 911 Restoration. In stressful situations like this, you never really know what to expect—but we were very fortunate. David from 911 Restoration arrived within the hour. He was supportive, professional, and reassuring, taking the time to clearly explain each step of the restoration process. The following day, he and Ivan conducted a full assessment. Both were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional throughout. David worked quickly and efficiently to remove the damaged walls, install drying equipment, and apply antimicrobial treatments. Once the equipment was removed , he ensured the area was left spotless. He also followed up to confirm that everything was in order and that no further assistance was required. Meanwhile, Ivan communicated directly with our insurance adjuster to submit the necessary work estimates, which made the entire process much smoother. Overall, David and Ivan proved to be trustworthy, competent, and genuinely caring professionals. They made a very stressful situation much easier to handle.   Wow these guys are amazing! so happy that helped us out so quickly with our flood this year caused by heavy snow we received in February. I had so much water damage in my house from it and they came with all their equipment to dry and remove all the damage. They recommended trades we needed as well to do all the repairs. Thanks to all the staff that reacted quickly and made a bad situation much more manageable. They have the knowledge and the staff resources to get the situation under control, special thanks to Ivan Banks for his managing the whole mess!
