Needless today it was a rush trip back to Toronto with all the stress of waiting to see the amount damage that occurred. During the ride back I called 3-4 restoration companies and after being hung up on or told that they don't go that far (downtown Toronto) I happened upon Mike. He was the only one that listened and offered meaningful ways forward. He met us at the property a few hours later and was there the next day with his crew to start the clean up. Everything was ripped out and put back together in record time, just over a week and Mike and his crew worked around our availability. Truly a dependable and communicative contractor, and you cannot say that for about 99% of contractors out there. Very much recommended! He was there for us during a very stressful time and completed the job superbly.

I arrived home around 11 at night, I gave Mike a call (the manager of 911 Restoration of Durham) and he and his crew came out within an hour. These guys are great, I was worried that because of the time at night I was going to be helpless, but Mike sent guys out right way and they had everything dried out and restored within a few days. It was a great experience and I will be reaching out to them if I ever need work done again. With this crazy rainy weather, I would recommend 911 Restoration any day to anyone. Thanks Mike!
