Who knew there were so many options when ordering a garage door, but Brad helped us make the perfect choices and we absolutely love our new garage door!! Brad answered all of our questions during the selection process (and we had many!) and always responded very promptly. We were very pleased with the installation and we can't believe how quiet the garage door and opener operates. It's amazing! Thank you Brad for helping with this very important part of our home renovation !! :)

Called Dodds as they did a door replacement for us at anonther home 10 yrs ago with newer lighter door and they did an excellent job at a great price. The spring repair same thing. Very knowledeable and efficient worker. He even lubricated all the parts and tracks that needed to and gave us advice on lubricating every 6 months. There was a minor problem with some cable on the side that when we called they came right back to fix at no charge and no hassle. We were very pleased. This company in business a long time because they know what they are doing and you can tell they train their workers well and they are very courteous. I've forgotten the repairman's name but please thank him for us. Will use again and highly recommend. 10 stars if I could give them.

Monday afternoon prior to the Techs arrival I received a text message telling me Paulo was on his way. Included in the text was a photo of Paulo along with some information about Paulo. I felt I knew Paulo before he arrived, it was great! Paulo did excellent work and didn’t mind me watching the entire time. He answered my questions honestly and gave good advice for garage door maintenance. I highly recommend Dodds.
