They couldn’t care less about our service needs, and they repeatedly refuse to follow up on TSSA required work, leaving us with violation orders to pay for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They keep passing on the blame to other and when you call the account rep he says he did not hear about my concern until I told him. Clueless and irresponsible and the sad thing TSSA does not do anything about this either. If you want to place them in your building to service, you might want to think twice!! Disappointed and will be looking for someone to take over and do what they are hired to do!

We are both having a panic attacks ........also I needed to use the washroom ......so the teenagers father was angry we will still in the elevator ..............so he was pulling the door on the outside and I was kicking it open on the inside ............we were both safe now , my landlord sends me an invoice and now a notice to pay or get out ....$2820 .......called N5 .......... I need some help here .................

Never have I ever experience such a lack of customer service from both the front line employees to the technicians to senior management to even the executives. Problems after problems arise and ongoing promises of when repairs are done are NEVER kept. Their only interest is to charge you money and have you get new elevators which they claim they will service. Don't fall for this. It is a lie. Escalated our issues to senior management who never returns calls or emails. Escalated to district manager who never once returned a call after leaving 10 messages! Avoid this company at all costs! Highly highly highly DO NOT RECOMMEND! Google Yelp for reviews of ThyssenKrupp and you will see that it is a worldwide issue. This company is a joke!
