The Sales Rep Peter was very knowledgeable and explained what is required and the pricing felt fair. The scheduled date was changed which I was not happy about as I had to reschedule my time off to be at home. However, they apologized. The day of installation, the lead technician Piyush and Andre arrived on time and right after another technician Chris join in and worked efficiently. Chris walk us through on how to use the new thermostat before leaving the crew to finish up.The team was very professional and did a great job! The furnace is very quiet.Overall, I'm very happy with installation and highly recommend Brooks Heating & Air
