Hakim was our service tech who installed the motor - knowledgeable, efficient and polite. He also talked to us about next steps down the road - (pressure free) as we will be looking at a heat pump next year. Awesome job! We called and a technician named Paras arrived later in the day to diagnose it and he was able to fix it and now we have Heat. He was very efficient and knowledgeable about the problem we had. A very nice young man. One week later we had Hakim come. A very lovely young man to replace the temporary one put in by Paras. He too was efficient and knowledgeable. We are happy with the service by both Hakim and Paras.
