  This week we had the dreaded basement flood. Unfortunately for us it happened in the middle of the night so it was a shocking surprise to wake up to. Within an hour Adam from Service Master showed up, assessed the situation and had a team working on the project less then 60 minutes later. The team worked fast and the work was done quickly. I'd like to thank Daniella, Denice, Victor, and the rest of the team (sry I don't remember all the names) for putting some normalcy back in to our place. Thank you.

  I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but I feel it’s important to share our experience so others can make an informed decision. After a flood in 2024, we hired this company for remediation based on the many positive reviews. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet those expectations. During the remediation process, mold was later discovered in areas that were supposed to have been addressed. The company returned multiple times in an effort to resolve the issue, but some mold still remained and my family ultimately had to remove additional material ourselves. Dealing with this added significant stress to an already difficult situation, and we were disappointed with how the matter was handled overall. While others may have had different experiences, ours was not positive, and we would not choose to work with this company again. The intention of all this is simply to share an experience, so as I said above, others can make informed decisions.

  ServiceMaster provided exceptional service during a challenging time at our plant, and Adam Tuk was incredibly easy to deal with, remaining highly responsive throughout the entire process. The crew performed a quick, prompt, and thorough job, ensuring that every detail of the fire extinguisher cleanup was handled with professional care. We would like to extend a special thanks to Gabby and Daniella for their outstanding leadership on-site; their expertise and hard work truly made a difference in getting us back on track.

  We had a flood in the basement of our cottage. Servicemaster Brantford responded immediately and clearly understood what needed to be done to minimize and recover from the water damage. Adam Tuk was professional, courteous, and always prompt with correspondence. We felt he kept us informed through every step of the recovery process. The technicians that completed the work, Denice and Daniella, were also excellent. They were polite, hard working and left our site clean at the end of every day. They were knowledgeable about the work they were performing, leaving us with the feeling that we were being taken care of, and all in all in good hands. We will keep Servicemaster's contact information on hand as we would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks so much for your help.

  We cannot say enough good things about ServiceMaster Brantford. From the moment we discovered mold in our bathroom, Adam Tuk responded immediately and professionally. He came out right away to assess the situation, carefully investigating whether our tub was leaking and identifying the source of the water issue, which gave us much-needed peace of mind. Parker and Daniella provided early morning service the next day to thoroughly clean and seal the affected areas, showing real consideration for our household and schedule. Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent, clear, proactive, and reassuring. We always felt informed and confident in the work being done. The team was prompt, knowledgeable, and incredibly trustworthy. It’s obvious they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. We are extremely appreciative of the care, attention to detail, and high-quality work ServiceMaster Brantford provided, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone dealing with mold or water damage issues.
