A full year later, and just five days after Christmas, their team came back out and repaired the problem at no cost to me. As a college student on a tight budget, this act of kindness meant more than I can adequately express. Their willingness to care for an issue others neglected speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to their customers. Because of Action Air, my home stayed warm on a 25-degree day. My children, my snake, and I, are deeply grateful for their generosity, professionalism, and compassion. Thank you, Action Air, for going above and beyond when it truly mattered. On the bottom of the furnace they left a hole in the floor. I called they showed up and I told them to remove it and cap it. They went outside to call there boss and he told them to leave.
