  I recently heard from PSO that there was a weatherization improvement program paid by PSO and operated by Titan ES. I called and my home was qualified so they set an appointment to come out to evaluate us the next week. They came to do the work on Monday 9/22 and we were their 3rd home. These guys. Justin the crew leader, Anthony and Michael were friendly and professional. They got there and set right to work. They never stopped. After about 4+ hours they were done and started to clean up. There wasn’t a spot of mess anywhere when they left. They did before & after testing and the program showed much improvement. They realized the insulation was about dust after years so they replaced all the attic insulation. I’ve noticed an improvement just the first night. This program will really help the the conditions in the house and certainly will help with cost from lost energy. This crew was tops. They were polite and pros and very friendly. I cannot thank them and PSO and Titan enough for this program. Being on a fixed income at 70 this came in very handy. They were really a good crew. We moved our dogs a couple times but you could tell they had done this before and were very unobtrusive. AAA+++

  Please, watch the video and review the photos. I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience with Titan ES, LLC on March 18, 2025. They COMPLETELY botched their contract, which was supposed to include essential services like attic insulation, window caulking, and sealing HVAC systems. Instead, they left insulation STACKED a foot and a half high on one side of my finished attic floors. ADDITIONALLY, they completely covered my storage bins and luggage in installation, blocking access to my personal belongings and creating a serious hazard for the people and pets living in the house hold. When I called them about the disaster they created, I was met with a nonsensical "sorry," and they flat-out refused to help or remove the hazardous mess. One of their clueless workers even dared to ask for my phone number after leaving my attic in shambles! This company is the epitome of unprofessionalism and carelessness. They don’t care about their customers and seem to prey on those who might not recognize terrible installation work. Do NOT waste your time or money on Titan ES, LLC! The loose insulation poses a serious breathing risk for my household, several of my windows were left with no caulking, and I'm now stuck dealing with the aftermath of their incompetence. I will have to pay out of pocket to fix their mess. Do yourself a favor and choose a more reliable company.

  Whoever your drivers are need to go back & retake their test. They do not know how to use blinkers & almost ran straight into me trying to get over cause I guess they didn’t realize what lanes are actually turning lanes.
